The Fit Trilogy by Rebekah Weatherspoon

“I know better than to come between you and a woman who makes you sing.  That’s when I know you’re whipped enough to take a swing at me.” – Fit by Rebekah Weatherspoon

There are three books in this independently published author’s trilogy, and all of them present couples from different walks of life drawn together by fitness and interestingly enough, bondage, dominance and submission, and sadomasochism (BDSM).  In these books the author presents couples from diverse backgrounds, fields of work, and cultures.  The first book introduces the readers to a curvy Asian-American female and a stacked blond sun god who takes on the role of her personal trainer.  Each story follows one of the three trainers working in a gym at the heart of the overall trilogy, and each story reveals characters adjusting their own lives to accommodate the possibility of love.  The trilogy is split into three tales titled FitTamed, and Sated and each ranges around 100 pages in length.  Worry not about the length because the author wrings every bit of detail and depth to be had out of each page, and the scenes are very well done – tons of credibility props to Rebekah Weatherspoon.  I highly recommend the books for fans of contemporary romance, readers who can connect with both curvy and extremely fit heroes and heroines, and those who can appreciate a BDSM theme.  Buy them all right now as they are fabulous – I devoured them in less than three days.

The Tamed cover reminds me a lot of the cover for Raze by Tille Cole. Just missing a bunch of tattoos. 🙂

Honestly, this is the first I have heard of Rebekah Weatherspoon! When I am able to read them I will let you know. The Scarred Series is really intense with the violence and sex and what these guys have been through. I enjoyed them a lot.
